RAFTER - Temperature display and recording system

The display is a floor plan image overlayed with sensor read outs in different styles, colour and font size.

Simply run a cable from a PC and place sensors in parallel along the cable.

Specification
• Temperature units Celsius or Fahrenheit.
• Temperature range: -55°C to +125°C (-67°f to 257°f).
• System: Windows Vista/XP/2000 PC with RS232 port. (USB adapters can be problematic)
• Recording rate: selectable from 1 minute to 255 minutes.
• Displays and records temperature continuously while computer and RAFTER software is running.
• Maximum cable length is 100 metres. Maximum 64 sensors per cable depending on cable length.
• Expansion possible by using multiple cables with additional adapters.
• Dates will be formatted according to custom of country.

To add sensors you simply chain additional sensors to other sensors already connected to the network.

Each sensor has it's own configuration screen with various parameters. The sensor can be given a description which can be shown on the map if required.

Sensor temperature data can be displayed in real time on the map without being recorded.

Sensor temperature data can be recorded without being displayed on the map.

Any sensor that is recorded can be also graphed. To faciliate comparison the temperature data for any number of sensors can be displayed together on the same graph.

2 SENSOR STARTER KIT $48.00

The 2 sensor kit contains:

• 1 x TM015 Windows Vista/XP/2000 PC software on CD
• 1 x TSR digital thermometer RS232 network adapter and
• 2 x TS1 digital thermometer temperature sensor (expandable to 15 sensors).

Cable to connect the sensors back to the PC computer is not supplied. For connections under 30 metres you can use any 2 wire low capacitance cable. To extend the connection up to 100 metres you will need to use a twisted pair cable such as Cat-5.

Note:	Computer and RAFTER software must be running for temperature to be recorded.
	This kit will display a maximum of 15 sensors.

MORE FEATURES More sensors, alarm notification and web serving of temperature data is available with the extended RAFTER Plus software product. Web serving allows remote access from a browser to the temperature data across a LAN or the Internet. Each sensor can be individually configured to generate an alarm if the temperature moves outside an acceptable range. An alarm can be sounded through the PC speakers, E-mail and SMS notification can also be sent. The systems supports a maximum of 64 sensors (depending on cable length). Further expansion possible if required.
