Insmart Client Remote Support Now Global

Insmart has tested and deployed a new way of providing remote support to clients.

Using a virtual private network the Insmart remote support tool is now able to make and connect support calls to anywhere in the world.

This new facility improves the remote support reliability as well as reducing support wait time for clients.
