Insmart Office Work Sheet Data Entry Software
• Create client work sheet orders,
• Send production data directly to a machine over a local area network or via a USB flash drive,
• Print work sheet orders,
• Print item and bundle labels.
The Data Entry Process
1 Select the machine for manufacture.
2 Select the stock (class, colour, thickness and width).
3 Sort the entered items by longest to shortest or by some other order.
4 Let the inbuilt stock calculator add and split the order into bundles by weight.
For example: by specifying a maximum pack weight of 400Kg the items are split into packs where the weight of each pack will not exceed 400Kg.
Other compelling reasons to perform data entry in the office are:
Machines do not stand idle while operators perform data entry of orders, and
Experienced office staff are more likely to make less data entry mistakes.
